This issue of Revista 2i promotes a discussion around the multiple intersections and dialogues that Salette Tavares' work signals and activates. Salette Tavares was a poet, artist and performer; she paid attentiion to the sonic dimension of language; she engaged in “creative dialogues” with artists of her time; she was an educator; and the pedagogical dimension that permeates her work intertwines with her activity as a teacher.

Digital narratives include stories in computer games, electronic literature, virtual and augmented reality, chat bots, web and mobile apps as well as stories that circulate in social media or are AI-generated. Algorithms play a central role in our everyday experiences of these stories, increasingly contributing to the organization, generation, and structuring of narratives. This issue of RCL addresses how an awareness of digital technologies, platforms and algorithms can help us understand newly emerging digital narratives in our current globalized network society.

Fernando Aguiar and Pedro Barbosa own and maintain specialized collections of experimental artworks that combine and amalgamate poetry and other arts. Their archives preserve a vast array of concrete, visual and process poems, as well as Mail-Art, Fluxus, and other productions and support operative movements and groups. (...) There is an intentional turbulence in these collective publications that circulate in/between Portugal and Brazil. Sharing the Portuguese language, they acted as a network through collaboration, to resist commodification and defy conformity.

This book, about e-poets (e-xperimental and e-lectronic), brings together articles, visual essays, testimonials, poems and reflections around a triangle: phobia, phonia, phagia. Three angles that contain a space striated by multiple resonances especially conveyed by poetic experimentation in Spanish and Portuguese, a space where desires for other languages mix, politically active against the hegemonies of the common sense of contemporary digital culture, but which experiment in the very heart of that digital culture.
